Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Free from makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or damage

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in a resellable condition.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, we’re happy to offer this (subject to availability).

• You cover the cost of returning the item to us
• We’ll cover the cost of sending your replacement back to you

Because we know getting the right fit matters.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank). We will notify you on our end when the refund has occurred .

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or discounted are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

We take great care in creating our pieces, but if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.

We’ll organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
