RETURNS POLICY:

Hi!

So, you need to return an item, no problems!

A few points you need to know:
• Full priced items can be returned within 10 days of receiving your parcel for a refund. 
• All items must be returned to us new, unworn (including marks or stains) with all original tags attached. Any items that do not fit the above description will not be accepted. 
• For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Sorry!
• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for refund on sale items but an exchange is no problems within 10 days of purchase. 
• You must organise to send the item back to us at your own expense and we would definitely recommend you use a tracked method to ensure a safe return. 
• We are not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. 
• Once we have received your returned items (that are in new condition), we will process your refund within 5 business. We will let you know via email as soon as we have processed the return. 
• In the unlikely event an item is faulty, it must be returned to us within 4 weeks of purchase. We will inspect the garment. If the fault is deemed to be our responsibility, we will then arrange an exchange or if sold out we process a refund.

EXCHANGES:

Our clothing is made in small batches and other items are not overstocked (so to keep waste at a minimum) and can sometimes sell out during busy periods. Therefore we've found that the most effective way to service an exchange is for you to reorder via our website and send us the unwanted item back for a refund. This should ensure that the item you want is still available and you will receive it much quicker than having to wait for your return to process.
